No, the terms don't state the charges, and they bill you for un-disclosed things. I cancelled within the 30 minute 'free trial' as disclosed and was still billed. Not to mention their site has all sorts of other illegal (against VISA/MC regs) statements and practices.
It is fraud, plain and simple. I walked through the entire process just to verify for myself.
