I wonder if the whole "increase transactions via lower subscription rate strategy" will work.

Personally I think that COPA in the Supreme Court is going to be much much more interesting than many are yet envisioning because they are going to step out of the box of what people expect and make a ruling that's going to have weight and carry over to many other facets of the biz.
