its not usually the price of the cut.. its the person doing the cutting..
you can get a $150 haircut that sucks ass.. and you can get a $8 haircut that sucks ass ... and vise versa
some people are just more talented than others...
its similar to graphic design... just b/c it costs more doesn't always make it better
