Daffy has nothing to do with WB. If you uses a duck that is similar in the looks to Daffy Duck, then it might or might not get a letter from WB. He already said, he's not going to be using a duck on his website. So there is no reason I can think of for WB to be looking at his site.
He is using two words "daffy" and "dick". Even though dick and duck are spelled similar, as long as the site has nothing to do with Daffy Duck, he is free and clear.
