Just put a tv in there and leave it on one channel ( cnn in most locations in his chain ) and keep it protected and people will spend hours washing there cloths :P
1.50$ per load and then like 3$ to get em dry them like 2$ in soup and stuff per load
you get around 100-200 people a day
