I've done business with Doctor Dre and he is a very fair guy.
The first print job I had done with him (business cards) arrived late for webmaster access. I was a little disappointed and he knew I was.
A couple weeks later, I had a big print job that I needed done. 4x4 fliers and I needed the design. Not only did he design the flier for free, but it looked great and he picked up half of the shipping. In my eyes, he is a fair business man and he will do whatever it takes to keep customers coming back.
If he does make errors, please don't stress. He will make it up to you and the customer is always his priority. I think that is very cool of him to offer those options, and I have no doubt that he'd fly out to bring customers their work.
