i got a drug from the drugstore named Ronal (it's a spray) and within two days it made my flu to almost go way after close to a month of trying.

Most probably you won't find it under this name, but it contains "Oxymetazoline Hydrocloride". It doesn't need prescription so you can find equivalent drug that will help. If you ask at any drugstore normally should be able to help. Additionally get tablets with vitamin C.
