The whole thing is simple, we did it ourselves with the whole no harm no foul idea in place. We told the other party to make sure they or their legal advisers look it over first. After all we can't do anything with their product if they stop making it so why own it. We just have the means for all to make money rather than sit on a stack of replicated DVD's.
