I think you have to distinguish between two kinds of type-in domains.
Type 1: Names that are short and sweet and that can have the potential for type-in if marketed through other way. (e.g. naughtywhores.com)
Type 2: Names that are so common sense to type-in to the address bar without ANY marketing (e.g. porno.com)
Type 1 I've seen on GFY, type 2 I have not, except in jest or the recent men.com sale
