when i caught mono a couple years ago i for some reason decided to go to the strippers for ym friends bday,
i barely made it there, ordered a beer and had a few sips and felt like my insides were melting. then proceeded to fall asleep.
so the answer is no, probly not good at all. rest cures everything.
