Coppola - Merlo or their Cab mix, Sryah is also nice for Fillet. This is also at most wine stores.
Port is also a fantastic after dinner drink.
Dont forget to lay out some cheese as the appitizer ( Triple Cream brie from St Andres is better than dope, Some Stilton Blu, Smoked Gouda and port wine cheese with some really nice crackers. That will be BIG pimpin)
Slice all on a nice plate / platter. Toss 2-3 kinds of mustard up in very small dishes and you are set man.
