you're asking for alot there - all that is possible if somebody wants to provide a budget. Most adult DVD's sell less than 5,000 copies - most much less, in the 2-3,000 range - can't have Andrew Blake production values on that kind of budget.

are we talking about exclusive content or licensed content here?

If you are talking licensed content you can license some great DVDs from Redlight District and some other studios - including Mike John's POV Pervert DVDs - Mike is regarded as the best POV shooter in the business. Only problem with the Redlight content is that AdultLegal, AdultBouncer and AdultLegal have whored it out so much it loses much of its value.
