Payments will be in the form of a check in US dollars payable to you, as identified in your application, and will be mailed to the street address indicated in your application (we will not mail to P.O. Boxes!!).
Many sponsors deny to send payments to PO Boxes. If you didn't know that then probably you never read TOS. It's not rare.
I don't say that there are no legit uses of them and that no legit webmasters can receive payments there, but lack of physical address is an alert sign for many sponsors due to past bad experiences.
