Not worth much considering you seem to have completely missed the point that she 1) made special plans with the guy to stay in town and be together on Christmas eve, and 2) the guy stood her up, then 3) continued to stand her up for four days via lame phone calls.
The "ultimatum" came after all that.
Don't worry, judging by about 1/4 of the posts here it seems that point zoomed right over a lot of people's heads.
