Ehhhh Im not that nice all the time, I just treat people with the same respect they show me. I have heard the "girls like assholes" thing but thats not how I was raised.
You are correct in saying what you see is what you get with me. Life is too short to play games with people. I value my time too much and have the same respect for other peoples time. Why play games and waste the energy when it can be used more constructively in other ways.
Too many people hold on to a bad situation too long. I look at problems like this.... If its going to be an issue a day, week, month, year from now, I deal with it now and move on. If its not going to be a issue, I just let it roll off my shoulders.
Bottom line.. Nobody is perfect and if they say they are then they are lying. As long as you can wake up in the morning and like the person you are and know you are working towards changing the things you consider faults then that is all that matters. Then at least if someone doesn't like or accept you for who you are, you can take comfort in knowing that you are being yourself.
