I don't have anything fancy. If it's for traffic trading, you can have a program that sees the percentage if traffic that is proxy servers. When it gets over a certain percentage, then it notifies you or what ever you want it to do. It pretty much depends on what program your using now for traffic trading.
If you block all proxy traffic then you are blocking all AOL traffic because it all uses proxy.
