:mad ARRGG! yet another ibill sucks thread.

I SOOOO hate working with Ibill. If I didn't have so many mambers billing with them right now I would shut them off.

I all needed them to do is update a friken password file on one of the sites, no biggie 20 seconds of work on thier end. (there SHOULD be a way for a webmaster to do this via the CMI but I guess they have not figured out how to do that yet) and they make me run though a bunch of hoops, submit a request forum, (not from the CMI but from the Ibill main page) then sit a wait for something to be done. 2 hours and 3 phone calls later they are still telling me that it could take another 2 hours. I'm seriously fumming here.

Now, when I call ccbill to do the same thing, tech answers the phone on the second ring, askes the problem and fixes it on the spot... total time of call and repair less then 1 minute. CCbill=service and happiness Ibill=Kiss our ass and hope we do something for you for all the money you pay us.
