That was a dumb ass thng for her to say... damn! I didnt know the bar owner was pissed. She has no grounds for a case now. She wont go to jail, but she will pay a fine and get some sort of probation. I would also imagin they will be forced to remove the pictures from the site.
She should have said .. "Sorry, it was poor judgement on my part and it will never happen again." All would have been forgiven... my god.. shes a hot chick.
Now, she thumbs her nose at the local goverment and the police department and does it to a National Media Publication. They will throw everything they can at her now.
