Hey I'm not saying it's fair or right I'm just saying that's biz. Of course it's stupid and most everyone knows that, but hey I don't give a fuck. I don't believe most of the people that try to load you up on bullshit about ratios, contests, prizes, bonuses or anything anyway. Just work and be honest and do what's within your moral limits and collect your checks and worry about your own biz and not everyone elses and it's all good. Avoid the drama and the stress.
Although I see how I got a quick fuck off for my comment, that's classy to say the least but it's expected as it seems to the way to conduct yourself in this biz many times these days.
