In all fairness, this is completely and utterly idiotic. Ofcourse, certain documents can be suspicious in possession of certain people. But specifically naming almanacs is close to insanity.
Also, think about this one for a bit:
"The practice of researching potential targets is consistent with known methods of al-Qaida and other terrorist organizations".
