Casady said the police department planned to send a letter to the state Liquor Control Commission to see if the bar violated any state laws.
this is the part that ticks me off.. is the assholes are trying to bring the bar into it... I mean that's like saying because some chick pulled her top up at the local 7-11 they should have their beer and wine license pulled... give me a break.
