funkmaster.. I have tested this several times... drink 2 cups of water before you go to bed. Wake up about 5am (it's a habit for me when drinking) and drink one more glass. Go back to bed and you will wake up feeling better than ever! : )

What he said, and add a couple advil before you start drinking... it also helps.
