I am not sure of the legality but if the Group and the record company agree on this as a promotion method then you should be cool.
Just remember you will have to put some keywords so people will find it and you will have to keep Kazaa open with file sharing enabled. Getting all their friends to do the same should get some results eventually
Use kazaa lite as it has less spyware/ads
