They got busted though over US Postal Codes that forbid the transfer of tangibles deemed obscene and/or illegal - not because they were selling a membership to a scat/watersport site.
However, I do believe (if I'm wrong I offer myself to crucifiction here) that VISA no longer allows scat or urination memberships - or maybe it is just some of the ISPS's that are now dissallowing it...
