It makes you wonder when will they disable their SHAVING & SCRUBBING options in their admin. Its sad to hear that, Imagine all the money you lost because of this. The cookie issue is another problem they need to fix. Epoch & Ibill are doing just fine for me & I hope it keeps up.... I dropped all my ccbill sponsors & today I signed up with 10 new sponsors that uses epoch or ibill... I hope you do the same bud because you are being robbed

There will in most cases be a sales drop off in Dec. Our program has not noticed it really, but some of our affiliates have noticed a drop in sales to all of the programs they promote. Its just part of the normal sales path called the "holiday slowdown".
Before you do anything rash as the one man crusader above has stated... stay the course and watch sales go back up to normal or above normal levels starting around Jan 5th... That the day the kiddies are back in school. All will be well.
We are still waiting to see your traffic sources. I wish you pushed my program so I could see how and where your traffic comes from. Anyone who sends 30k in uniques without a sale is doing something wrong. It must to be the traffic... It's sure not a ccbill issue.
Have you talked to the sponsor to find out how many form page hits your traffic had? The admin does give your sponsor that info. That would be a very interesting stat and one you should look into before slamming the processor. Could very well be you only had 10 form hits..
Sure would be nice if you would give up some REAL info, but i know....you "dont have to prove a thing".. You are allowed to make blind, unfounded accusations without anything to back up your claims.
