I don't think people who buy toons are looking to jack off.
I find the artwork to be interesting and maybe these surfers are just big fans of the artwork.
Plus some people are probably turned off by hardcore and toons give them a way to view adult material without being disgusted.
I like hardcore but I'm not always interested in seeing some ugly chick swallow a mouthful of cum, that's when I look at something else be it yahoo, TV or toons.
