Tell me about it. I'm not fat but I could do with losing some weight. I'm tall so I get away with it.
I do not wanna put on anymore weight and I DO wanna loose some but I cannot for the life of me change my eating habits. I just can't do it. I eat takeaway a lot coz I can't be bothered cooking (mainly coz I kinda suck except for stiry fry and omelletes) so I tend to order in or go to a takeaway.
As of this week I will be going to the gym 3 times per week. I still don't think I can stop eating all the shitty food tho
