Settle down there, Lone Ranger. Although I agree with what you say, I take issue with how you say it.
If I'm not mistaken, yes, scat sites have found to be obscene in enough locales in the US that nobody wants to bother with them. Or they've been found to be obscene in liberal enough locales that they're not worth bothering with. Something like that. (It's late, I'm tired, it's the holidays, blah, blah, blah.) Bear in mind there is no Federal obscenity statute so we can't really say it's definitively illegal. I think. (See above parenthetical.)
-AFN- though I agree scat is nasty-ass shit (sorry, pun really, honestly not intended) I figure it's just a matter of time until one of the niches most of us consider perfectly fine (e.g., spanking, relatively hardcore bondage) suddenly becomes too too taboo for school...so I will hesitate before I'll condemn ANY niche on general principles...anyway, most of the scat sites are fake, anyway...aren't they?
