Walla... it is not hit and run if you provide the other party with your information and make an attempt to call emergency services (you are an average Joe, you don't know how to extract someone from a vehicle without injuring them further), and as long as you make the report within 24 hours of the occurence. You can even CALL the report in! How fucking sweet is that?

How about not driving drunk in the first place? What if it's your mother crossing a street and some stupid fuck hits her while driving drunk? Would you give him the same advise?
