I just turned 30 on oct 8th
it sucked!! ass
I mean nothing changed it was just the fact that it is 30!!!!
And for some reason it seems to hurt more when i get outa bed!!!
Takes a little longer to go up stairs
and Bowling is becomeing a major part of my life!
