Okay, to do this legally, you would either have to make deals with unsigned bands and pay them a comission based on every sale or make a deal with studios to use their music on your site, which is pretty much impossible without millions of dollars to throw around.
The music industry has a lock on distribution of signed bands and signed bands are what people want to hear.
