Servermatrix and Rackshack are both great hosts, bandwidth as good and usally much better than so called "premium" hosts, no cogent at either one on the regular metered boxes.
However, if you are not extremely familar with managing a server, its a very, very bad idea. You might get lucky or you might get owned in 24 hours, all the draw of the cards.
