Bandwith question.

I have 3 video clips on my site that are each 4 MB, at first bandwith was never an issue but now that we are getting 10x more visits its starting to hurt us a little. Is there anything I can do to stop people from watching the video clips once they have left our site or to stop people from trying to view them a second or 3rd time? Any suggestions will be of great help. Thanks.

Another question:
On my stats page under "top entrances" it shows one of our video files as one of the top entrances, how does that work? It doesnt use my bandwith once they download our clip right so that must mean its showing as a top enetred file due to people watching it a second and third time right? Am I right or wrong?
