that looks like a good system to me punk. I have the 3ghz with that ASUS board (good choice!). one thing, do you plan on using RAID? it's really easy to setup with that board it will give you something to do as well, I didnt bother with RAID, nice just having 2x 120gb's hard drives, but it's a good option if you want to mirror one as a backup

I would recommend going for WD SATA drives and if you really want to push the boat out go for Corsair memory (twin pair, XMS), PC4000 since the board can take it!

as for the video card, it seems fine... if you play a lot of games I would check out the radeon 9800 XT or whatever (256mb) as that seems the best card out there right now.
