5. At least 750 gigs of prepayed traffic. A bit more or less does not matter.

7. Credit card payment.
8. ICQ and/or phone support.

Don't post if you are a SagoNet's receller. I can get servers there myself. The only problem is that they have 10Mbit servers only with my hardware/traffic requirements.
