their are two people to blame here
1) the woman for wanting to just go bigger and bigger all the while thinking that in the adult entertainment industry she will make more and more money for large breasts
and
2) the doctor for doing the operation and not telling the woman that she has gone as big as her body can support.
some doctors will do anything for money and some patients won't listen when the doctor tells them what is best.
