Sorry to say - it is business and it is a real job with responsibilities
as far as it changing, yes it will and I hope it does - you never want an industry stale, but you also have to change with it. Over 9 years and going, I had to be flexible, and these recent changes only means I will have to rethink some strategies.
the friendships are awesome, and the webmasters are awesome to work with. Very few jobs out there that your not behind some screen, but the benefits definitely outway the negatives.
Hang in there before you make a mistake of working elsewhere then realize that this is the place you want to be.
