short answer: no.
they will do co-branding, I've never seen anything about xml feeds of their data, although u can do some quite funky things to the landing page.
It's very unlikely they'll let you incorporate free membership signups into their system and expect them to pay you normal rates for it, as you've taken a copy of the surfers details as well.
