You CANNOT use a Paypal Mastercard to fund an ePassporte card, sorry. Our risk management precludes such transfers. If you have questions about it please email me -
[email protected] -- as I just wanted to let you know that you cannot use Paypal so there's not a huge point in anyone Paypal'ing you money.
