Well said both of you. Money may not buy happiness, but I haven't found anything else that will cover house payments, bills, groceries, theater tickets, wine, sushi, movies, clothing, vacations...
I was never cut out for the work-a-day world. I was almost 30 before I even know what I wanted to do when I "grew up"...'cause they hadn't invented it yet. I love building websites.
I'm not a good enough designer to do quick work but given time and motivation I can do good stuff, so it suits me well to work for myself. I can't imagine working for anyone else, unless it were someone like my last boss, who let me show up when I wanted and do what I wanted and paid me about twice what I was worth. Unfortunately, they had him killed.
So I guess I'm here for the long-term...
