Some people on this board believe that the only way to be "accepted" or "respected" is to do the best job of "0wning" someone which means the best instult, come back, whatever they can think of, and if enough people laugh or agree, then they feel like they have a belonging in the world.
Just a personal observation. It's not true of everyone. Some are just bitter, some truly are funny and some post for quarters
