In the Christian religion, your supposed to try and be as much like Jesus as you can. If your practicing what is against your religion, then your not following it (your going against it).

I was just trying to make a point. Those hypocrites are the very reason I don't go to church. I personally would never go to confessional, because if I want forgiveness, I will ask God, not a priest. The point I was trying to make was, just because we are in this business (going against what the Bible may say) does not mean that we can't be religious people.
The Bible also says "Spare the rod, spoil the child". Does that mean that people who don't believe in whipping their children are not religious? They may be two VERY different things, but if someone is going to go by every word of a religion, then they can't pick and choose which ones are more evil. In the eyes of any religion I have ever known, it is said that all sins are sins.
