IF, and I say IF, because I wasn't there and I am assuming you weren't either, but IF she violated anything, then this is a definite issue, but I am not convinced she did, and therefore am not going to slap her around for it.
BUT just to make you happy and allow you to move on to your next escapade, she'll not be doing this again. We have much better and more productive avenues at this time anyways, so no harm, no foul.
As I stated last night, I know dick about newsgroups and don't even have the tools to log into them, I just never had the urge, so I am not going to say any rules were or were not broken. BUT just to sppease you and get you onto your next little adventure, there won't be anymore.
