That does not mean you do not believe in God. It just means you are not practicing your religion. You wake up every morning knowing that what you are doing is a sin, to your religion, and you do it anyway, you are not practicing your religion.
And going to confession and asking for forgiveness for a sin you know damn well you are going to go and do the very next day, is not practicing your religion. That is not what confession is all about.

Just because you do not "practice" ALL parts of your religion everyday, does not mean you can't be a religious person.
