the girl has an inverted nipple, many women have them. manipulating them or sucking them will bring them out, no biggie.
the guy probably has some sort of cyst,, perhaps a sebaceous cyst. it does not appear to be a genital wart as it appears to be under the skin. the color of the cyst is troublesome, he should immediately have a fine needle aspiration (biopsy).
but even if benign it should be removed immediately.
