You must remember though... not all 16 yr olds come from the same upbringing as your daughter and her friends are from.
And when young girls wear their bikinis at the park in the spring and show off their "playboy" tits it's pretty hard for anyone not to look a little and at least admire the view. Of course the odd comment about "the new crop of young-uns" is going to be heard from time to time.
Like I said, this issue isn't as black-and-white as you'd like to have it. People are only human after all.... some younger girls seem to seek out older men, and some of those older men are hard-pressed to resist in certain circumstances.
Of course you're right that some guys are just plain scum-sucking turds that will take advantage of any situation no matter what the resulting dammage is.
