If may mention if you file suit for herassment first guess who's attornies will be flying out to your city court house? I believe that regardless of them filing a suit against you that if you file first they by default will be forced to file any suits against you in your court area.
Jurisdiction is a real bitch.
Its a huge scene that play's right into your hands if your legit.
