Gary I got a party invite as well from Kevin, looked the same, hand written for documents etc.
It is small claims court, and if Confucy is smart she will default and be a no show. All Kevin wants is the ability to tell the media she has no creditability with a judgement in hand when she had the chance to come to court and set the record straight and defaulted.
This is not about money, its about the "win" which they need as a tool in the future.
