Hate it , Hate it, Hate it, Hate this Time of year
Everyone is so nice to one another, then you go and bitch at them the other 11 and a 1/2 months of the year ! I mean you go to a Xmas dinner with your relatives whom you cant really stand , stuff yourself silly, get drunk. Then you feel like shit the day after, just to repeat the whole excercise again next day, with the other side of the family. All the presents meaningless, the kids like the wrapping better than the gift itself. The Gotta have toys are discarded within days of getting them. They just saw something on TV that is bigger better , and well, this will just no longer do.
The whole Holiday is crammed into a few days of intense over indulgence , in the name of a figure head, supposed to have been born poor in a manger.
What ever Happended to the true meaning of XMas ?
