Agreed.. there is Email and ICQ... if one does not work.. the other will. Never had a problem with AP.. They have ALWAYS helped me when I ahd a question. You just need to know how to ask....
The corect way to do it is to post here to ask someone to contact you if the email is not working... I did that and they were ICQing me with in the hour. The person I chatted with went way beyond the call of duty to help me resolve the issue I was having. I was 110% satisfied.
